Project Description

An Edutainment approach is adopted combining the best of education and entertainment to make learning fun and enjoyable yet effective! The instructional strategies is delivered through “Sci-Fi Story-Telling” with multiple interconnected plots where learners are transported through a metaphorical journey of a world invasion led by an Alien Robot race representing real life cyber intrusion of Viruses and Malware. To keep learners continuously engaged and to reinforce learning, the courseware is designed with activity based gamified learning in the form of mini-battles between the fictional characters to bring out salient learning points. Through weaving story-telling with gamified learning, the learners are imparted with good cyber security practices by engaging in these interactive activities.
